Mentorship Pipeline

We are creating a mentorship pipeline to serve alumni who are emerging professionals with career counseling, alumni entering higher education with college counseling, and students preparing to graduate.

Scholarship Fund

We provide targeted, obstacle-based scholarships to GEAR UP alumni.

We hold professional development workshops every other month and have a library of content accessible to the public.

GEAR UP Alumni Association

The GEAR UP Alumni Association is an organization designed to support alumni of GEAR UP programs across the USA. We aim to maximize the potential of low-income, first-generation students from historically underserved areas by supporting them across the college-to-career finish line thus creating long-lasting change for the next generation.
