We aim to maximize the potential of low-income, first-generation students from historically underserved areas by supporting them across the college-to-career finish line thus creating long-lasting change for the next generation.
What We Do
We provide mentorship for all levels of education: high school, college, and career.
We provide transition and finish-line scholarships to help GEAR UP Alumni accomplish their dreams of gaining a college degree.
We provide professional development workshops every other month, and have recordings on our website if you miss them.
